Storage Pricing
The minimum hire period is one calendar month. The first month hire is payable upfront and the beginning of the contract. Hire is charged on a monthly basis and invoiced once month in advance.

Deposit
A deposit of £50 is payable at the start of the contract. This is fully refundable subject to the unit being vacated in a satisfactory condition.
Other costs that may occur:
Cleaning Fee: £50 at end of the hire period if the unit is not returned in a clean and usable condition
Cheque/Payment Return Fee: £10
Late Payment Fee: Greater of £10 or £10% of storage fee

Insurance
It is a requirement for our customers to maintain insurance to cover the goods that they are storing with us. We have a competitive contents insurance provider at hand should you require our help with this. If this is something of interest please enquire when looking at our storage so that we can assist you.
