A simple break down of terms and conditions
Payment Terms:
The minimum hire period is one calendar month. The first month hire is payable upfront at the beginning of the contract. Hire is charged on a monthly basis and invoiced one month in advance.
Deposit:
A deposit of £108.12 (one month's charge) is payable at the start of the contract and a £61.88 lock deposit. This is fully refundable at the end of the agreement once a check has been carried out on the condition of your storage unit.
Other costs that may occur:
Cleaning Fee: £50 at end of the hire period if the unit is not returned in a clean and usable condition
Cheque/Payment Return Fee: £10
Lost Keys: £10 per key
Late Payment Fee: Greater of £10 or 10% of storage fee

Insurance:
It is a requirement for our customers to maintain an insurance to cover the goods that they are storing with us. This can sometimes be hard to obtain due to it being personal property left away from the customer in storage but we have a competitive contents insurance provider at hand should you need our help. If this is something that is of interest please advise when looking at our storage and we will be able to help you.
